What do I deposit to reserve items?
We accept a 25% deposit to reserve all items.
When do I pay my remaining balance?
Four weeks prior to your event.
Can I change my order after signing the contract?
Yes, for standard rentals, you have up until a week before the event to make any changes you need assuming any additional add-ons are available. Unfortunately, for custom orders changes are not always possible, Additional costs may apply if changes have to be made.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We understand things come up making you unable to follow through with your contract. With the exception of custom design orders, we honor full refunds if you decide to cancel at least 90 days before your event. If within 90-31 days, we retain 50% of the deposit. If 30 days until the event, we retain entire deposit.
Oops, I broke it!
For our hire items, we require clients to accept a damage waiver of 15%. Tabletop items returned damaged due to negligence or misuse will be assessed at a fee of three times the rental rate. For our furniture and non-tabletop items, we first try to fix and clean ourselves. If the item is beyond repair and needs to be removed from inventory, we will assess the value at five times the rental rate or the actual replacement cost. This will be debited from your chosen credit card within 14 days of the event.
If I don’t want delivery, can I just pick up my items myself?
Sure, depending on your rental order and vehicle of transport, we will absolutely consider a pick-up order. Just don’t try and leave the country.
Do you offer an hourly rental rate?
Yep, we sure do! This is a great option for photographers or others needing our items for less than five hours. Please note, delivery is not Included to those needing hourly rentals.
What about a weekly rental rate?
Yes, we offer a dandy of a deal for our customers requiring our bespoke rentals/ services on a weekly basis. This is a great option for movie sets, home staging, pop-up shops, window displays.
